Mr. Hopper's Peach Cobbler Moonshine

This is a peach flavored alcohol recipe, that I received from a friend, in written form.

Ingredients:

• 2 64oz Bottles of White Grape Peach Juice
• 2 Cups Brown Sugar
• 6 Peaches
• 4 Cinnamon Sticks
• 5th Bottle Everclear
• 1 Cup Peach Schnapps
• 1 Can of Peaches (Optional)

Directions:

Combine juice, peaches, brown sugar and cinnamon sticks in a pot, and bring to a boil.  What you want to do here, is dissolve the sugar.

Once it starts to boil, reduce heat and let it simmer for about 40 minutes.
After simmering the mixture, let it cool to room temperature.
Mix in Everclear and Schnapps, and then strain into mason jars, and keep refrigerated.

Optional: Divide the canned peaches between the jars.

Joke:
Peaches reminded me of something my grandma says to ask people.

You are suppose to ask someone, "Hey, do you like peaches?"

If they respond that they do:
You say, "Why don't you take a sweet suck on my ass! it's a real peach!"

1713 Margaritas

These Margaritas are delicious.  Not sure where 17 parts Tequila to 13 parts lime came from, but it works.

Ingredients:

• 17 ounces Tequila
• 13 ounces freshly-squeezed lime juice
• 6 ounces Triple Sec
• 13 ounces Simple Syrup
• Ice
• Salt

Directions:

Mix Tequila, lime juice, triple sec, simple syrup & ice.  Pour into a salt rimmed glass and enjoy.
